FOREWORD

There is a tendency in many people to " get their ears " in the daily chores , the urgency of things to come , the fun 's online and more.
And so remember to smile .
In the rush to make things happen and the stress to make them happen in a most perfectionist , remember to savor every moment and enjoy it.
Every time there is a dose of happiness should rejoice . No one says that we should be ecstatic every time and it is not as if we would never sad because no matter how much we want to be in an extreme , other types of feelings and emotions will appear anyway. All I want to say is that we have moments of happiness anytime , even when they do not exist, because we depend only ourselves .
And it's fucking simple. All you have to do is to remember to smile .
Can you smile every time. But no, do not say you have to smile because one could not hurt cheeks , but say that you should smile more often and not necessarily physically , being a foreign smile . We smile soul , and each makes his way .
Method ? The method is the same for everyone : calm down and think of a miracle that you would like to happen. That new sensation you feel inside you is actually a smile. Is not that great?
What should I do to smile at the moment ? Here are some ideas:
- Think about the people in your life who care about you ;
- Think about the beauty of the elements around you , it is everywhere ;
- Think about how generous and loving you ;
- Think of the people you helped and those we can still help ;
- Think about your goals ;
- Think of the rising sun ;
- Think about the rainbow of autumn leaves that you create paths in parks ;
- Think of chocolate ;
- Think about the art you create ;
- Think of your favorite song .
But do not just think about them. Meet with people who care about you , the sunrise, eat chocolate , and so on . You do not need anything more to smile .
And you'll probably forget to smile at times because it 's ears you will be caught again in the stories of the past, negative stress that something might happen in the future. But these are only in your mind.
Instead, remind yourself constantly of the moments that happen now and you notice the colors are packed . And then he smiles , both externally and internally.
And this will change the day that instead of being stuck in thoughts of the past or the future , you will be focused on the present and be happy. And this can happen whenever you want.
And also changes your whole life because too often we forget to smile and pay attention to the really important moments in life.


Or simply read something that you can relax long enough to appear instantly smile on your face. Enjoy !
